Drop-in cancellations
You may cancel up to 3 hours before the class start time to receive a full refund or credit return.
Studio cancellations
If WKND Dance cancels a class due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, students will be notified by email and Instagram at least 6 hours before class whenever possible. Students will receive a full refund and class credits will be returned.
Passes and expiration
All class packs are valid for one year from the date of first use and are for individual use only. Class packs are non-refundable but may be transferable, and extensions may be granted for special circumstances by contacting WKND Dance.
Youth withdrawals
Students may withdraw from the Youth K-pop program within the first three sessions and receive a refund for any unused sessions. Withdrawals after the third session are not eligible for a refund.
Teacher substitutions
WKND Dance may substitute teachers due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, with students notified by email and Instagram at least 6 hours before class whenever possible.
Conduct and safety
Dancers are expected to treat teachers and fellow dancers respectfully and inform teachers of any injuries or physical limitations. Teachers may modify activities, ask dancers to sit out, or stop participation when necessary for safety.
Photography
WKND Dance may occasionally photograph or film classes for promotional purposes. Please let us know before class if you wish to opt out; parents/guardians must provide consent for minors.
First-class offer
FIRSTCLASS20 is limited to one use per person for their first WKNDANCE drop-in class. If duplicate use is reasonably identified, WKNDANCE may remove the discount, request payment of the regular drop-in price, or cancel and refund the affected booking. Repeated or deliberate misuse may result in refusal of future bookings.
