WHY WKND?
Why 75 min?
Our dance philosophy is rooted in thoughtful training, which is why we intentionally offer 75-minute classes. Quality training takes time. Our teachers care about helping you build strong foundations, understand the movement, and work through the details, and not just rush through choreography.
Why film?
Dance today doesn’t just happen in the studio, the camera is part of the industry. That’s why every WKND class includes (optional) professional filming. It gives you the opportunity to document your growth, practice your performance, build your portfolio, and get you comfortable on camera for commercial work.
Why drop in?
At WKND, our drop-in classes are designed to stand on their own, so you can join whenever it works for you. We offer a consistent weekly schedule for easy planning, so you can drop in whenever it works for you. No term commitment, no required attendance, and no penalty for missing a week.

What to expect in class
Arrive ready
Arrive 10-15 minutes early so you have time to change shoes, settle in, and prepare for class. Wear clean indoor shoes and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Please keep phones on silent and store bags, coats, and other personal items safely away from the dance floor. Being ready before class begins helps everyone start on time and enjoy a focused, comfortable space.
